Our latest eco-home own-build project proved popular. These new homes sold very quickly. We think our success is due to the high quality of our work and the balance we strike between providing effective eco-friendly features in new houses (solar panels, water harvesting and enhanced insulation) and cost. A modest additional investment in exchange for a long term reduction in running costs and a positive contribution towards a greener, cooler planet!
We undertake high quality work both for other developers and for individuals. While we specialise in building new eco-homes, we don't just do complete builds, but also other projects including road ways, accesses, drives, attenuation tanks. We also buy land for development.
Fast build
We can offer an accelerated build schedule - ie a fast build and high quality work. Our average build time is 3 months per dwelling.
Successful projects
If you have a plot of land which you think has development potential - a large garden, a paddock, a major refurbishment - we offer a complete support package from initial feasability study through planning application and development.
